Demri Marie Seward

Demri Marie Seward, the precious daughter of Sharode Devon Seward and Mykayla Nechelle Harris, was born on November 8, 2024, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Her family welcomed her into the world with hearts full of love, but sadly, Demri returned to eternal rest with her Heavenly Father on the same day.

Though her time with us was brief, Demri touched the lives of those around her with a love that transcends words. Her spirit will forever be cherished by her parents, Sharode and Mykayla, who dreamed of a beautiful life for their little girl. She is also lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends, who will hold her memory close to their hearts.

Demri leaves to cherish her precious memories her parents, Sharode Devon Seward and Mykayla Nechelle Harris, her grandparents, Christopher Harris and Casaundra Marie Harris, great-grandparents, Fredrick Cheek, and Geniva Dowtin, five aunts, Jakaiya Monae Harris, Krysta Briana Harris, Jordan Cheek, Jaquan Cheek, and Gabrielle Seward, two uncles, Christopher Casson Harris and Kiyoshi Harris, and a host of other cousins, relatives, and friends.

In this time of unimaginable loss, the family finds comfort in knowing that Demri is cradled in the arms of angels. Rest in peace, sweet Demri Marie. You will be deeply missed and forever loved.
