DeShaun Lamont Williams

DESHAUN LAMONT WILLIAMS the son of Willie Howard Johnson and Shirley Venable was born on September 18, 1973, in Durham, N.C. He departed this life on May 10, 2022, the Lord called him home at the AMITA Health Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL.

DESHAUN grew up in Franklinton, N.C. He attended the Franklin County Public School System in Louisburg, N.C. After high school, he furthered his education by taking truck driving classes.

DESHAUN relocated to Bunn, NC. and started his journey in life. It was there were he started his trucking company “Team Williams Trucking.” Realizing that he needed Christ in his life, at an early age, he joined Mitchell Baptist Church in Louisburg, N.C. where he remained a faithful member.

DESHAUN enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed Football, Traveling, and Motor Sports.

DESHAUN was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Williams, his brother Eric Williams, and his grandson Jayden Baskerville. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his father Willie Howard Johnson of Louisburg, N.C., his mother Shirley Venable of Epsom, N.C., his two daughters Deshauna Williams of Henderson, N.C., Shadiqua Baskerville (Isaiah) of Rocky Mount, N.C., three sisters Sheirl Arrington, Sarah Toney, and Wilhelmina Johnson all of Henderson N.C., two brothers Willie Johnson (Sharnice) of Louisburg, N.C. Rodney Williams of Epsom, N.C., four beautiful grandchildren Janaya, Carson, Jordyn, and Callie; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends.
