Crystal Michelle Peterson, beloved daughter of William Thompson Peterson Jr. and Gloria Ann Williams, passed away peacefully at her home on October 3, 2024, at the age of 44. Born on June 9, 1980, in Elizabeth City, NC, Crystal later moved to Henderson, NC, where she created a loving home for her family.

In her earlier years, Crystal dedicated herself to housekeeping for several businesses, including her alma mater, Elizabeth City State University (ECSU). Her hard work and commitment were a testament to her strong character and nurturing spirit.

Crystal is survived by her cherished daughter, Caroline Peterson, and her adoring granddaughters, Mahana Peterson-Burden, Za’Maria Burden, and Luxurii’ White. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with all who knew her.

Crystal Michelle Peterson will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she touched.
