Christopher Paul Thomas Joyner

Christopher Paul Thomas Joyner, son of Michael Wayne Joyner and Cynthia Lovette Cheatham, passed away on July 25, 2024, at Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina. He was born in Wilmington, North Carolina.

During his school years, Christopher attended the Vance County Public School systems and played football as a Wide Receiver for Southern Vance High School. He was a dedicated student and athlete, known for his passion both on and off the field.

Christopher was a young entrepreneur who founded his own lawn care company, Perfect Time Lawn Care Services, while still in high school. In his spare time, he selflessly served his community by feeding the homeless and cooking for those in need. He had a deep love for rap music and enjoyed expressing himself through his own music. Christopher was also passionate about traveling and staying active, often spending his free time lifting weights and working out.

Family was everything to Christopher, and he cherished every moment spent with his children, nieces, and nephews. His bond with his mother, Cynthia Cheatham, was particularly strong and brought him immense joy and comfort.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
