Charles Arthur Jones

CHARLES ARTHUR JONES the son of the late Lex Jones and Mary Delorus Wilson Jones was born on August 10, 1969, in Morristown, N.J. He departed this life on April 8, 2022 at his home.

Charles grew up in Morristown, N.J. He attended the Essex County public school system in New Jersey. After high school, he furthered his education by attending the Pennco Technical Community College in Morrisville P.A. where he studied Plumbing and HVAC. As Charles began to start his journey in life. He relocated to Henderson, NC. were he attended the Kittrell Job Corp Center in Kittrell N.C. where he studied Welding.

Realizing that he needed Christ in his life, at early age, Charles joined Huntsville Baptist Church in Oxford, N.C. where he remained a faithful member.

Charles remained in Henderson, N.C. on Wester Ave. He was employed at Kittrell Job Corp Center as an Instructor. Charles was also self-employed and owned 4PM Preventive Maintenance.

Charles loved working on HVAC Systems. He loved playing his favorite game “Call of Duty.” Charles also had a strong love for cats. He had several cats that he maintained and loved.

Charles is proceeded in death by his father Lex Jones, mother Mary Dolores Wilson Jones, and sister Vanessa Carlene Jones. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his fiancé Michelle Tyler of Henderson, NC, his son Tyree Seabrook of East Orange, NJ, two brothers Walter M. Jones (Ada) of Henderson NC and Alex L. Jones (Sheila Patterson) of Durham, NC, two God grandchildren, Samire Henry and Zanyla Burrell both of Oxford, NC. Also, one special Goddaughter, Jameasha Burrell of Oxford, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
